Madison (Peyton List), Samuel (Kyle Massey), Babushka (Nausheen Ali), Matthew (Andrew McNee) and Phil (Mark Galla) move into 41B in the Sparks Hotel with each other. They get to know each other until their neighbour who lives directly across the hall from them, Mrs Practor (Karin Konoval), asks them to cat-sit her cat while she goes out of town. They agree to cat-sit for her. Babushka boasts about her fishing ability and offers to show her fishing skills by catching a fish from the fish tank, but Madison is unsure about this. She doubts Babushka's ability and this really upsets Babushka, so she runs away up to her room and shuts the door. Madison comes in to talk to Babushka, and the two of them share a heart-to-heart and open up about their pasts. They agree to become best friends, and while Babushka casts her fishing line Madison gets the fishhook stuck in her finger. Eventually, the gang have their first dinner together, Matthew reveals a secret he's kept in for a long time, and Mrs Practor returns early to retrieve her cat. After seeing that the cat has zero injuries, Mrs Practor decides to trust them. | |||||

Madison, Samuel and Babushka start attending Chicago All School and soon realise that the school has many issues. They're forced to wear a dress code, the lockers don't open properly and the food in the cafeteria is diseased-ridden and gross. Madison gets the idea to put on a protest to demand change and ropes Samuel and Babushka into it. In the middle of protesting, Samuel and Babushka quit. Eventually, the school principal finds out about the protest. While Madison and the others initially get in trouble, Miss Martinez then decides to try and meet their demands. Meanwhile, Phil purchases a fortune-telling device from the milk bar in the lobby which is loud and doesn't turn off. He attempts to return the device but is unsuccessful. | |||||

Madison notices that Babushka is missing, so her, Samuel, Matthew and Phil come up with places that she could possibly be. Matthew suggests the gym, Phil suggests the entertainment centre, Samuel suggests a bridge and Madison suggests New York City. The four of them go to all four locations to try and find Babushka, but she is nowhere to be found. When they return home, they discover that Babushka has been at home all along, and that she was using the bathroom and hiding deep under the covers while Madison was looking for her. | |||||

Matthew gives Madison the responsibility of fixing the broken stairs but she forgets to do it. In turn, the broken stairs causes Samuel to fall down them and severely injure himself...twice. Madison doesn't know how to react since she's never felt real guilt before, until Babushka makes her realise it. While grabbing leftovers from a really nice dinner Matthew cooked, Madison finds a collection of cookbooks from Stewie (Chad Doreck) and Marcus (Jessie Erwin). Matthew reveals that Stewie and Marcus are his idols. Madison reads in the cookbook that there is a "submit your own recipe" section, and calls Stewie and Marcus up to schedule an interview. During the interview, Madison gets too over-excited and overshares, blowing the interview for Matthew. Matthew gets furious with her, so she decides to find Stewie and Marcus and convince them to try out Matthew's recipe. They're in love and Matthew gets featured in the cookbook. | |||||

Phil rents out a horror movie from the lobby's milk bar and him, Madison and Samuel become scared after watching a few minutes of it. Their minds start paying tricks on them and they keep thinking clown heads are appearing everywhere. Babushka, who is sick of their behaviour, takes them to see a counsellor and their fear of clown heads go away after the visit. Phil decides to return the DVD to the milk bar. Madison decides to buy gifts for everyone. She buys Phil a waterproof watch, Samuel a vase with dollar signs on it, Matthew a spatula (Spatchy) and Babushka a Princess Fuchsia doll (from Babushka's favourite television show Princess Town). Madison spent the most time picking out Babushka's gift because Babushka is her best friend. Babushka automatically hates the doll Madison gives her because it's her least favourite princess out of the whole show, and she asks Samuel to help her get rid of the doll without Madison knowing. No matter what Babushka does to try and get rid of the doll, Madison keeps finding it. Madison then overhears Babushka and Samuel talking about getting rid of the doll. While upset, she decides to teach Babushka a lesson, and eventually Babushka confesses that she hates the doll. Babushka decides to keep and treasure the doll because it was a gift from her best friend. | |||||

While doing an English assignment, Babushka accidentally catches a wireless printer on fire, causing everyone to evacuate the building. In order for people to come in to restore their hotel room, the gang are forced to live in a temporary living arrangement in an old cottage. A girl, Loretta (Teresa Castillo), who's been living in the cottage prior to them, catches them by surprise. Samuel falls in love with her and they begin dating. Madison and Babushka soon realise how "dumb" Loretta is and they warn Samuel to break-up with her, but Samuel doesn't listen to them. Eventually when they're allowed to move back into 41B, Samuel spends the night at Loretta's and realises his friends were right. He breaks up with Loretta and they agree to remain friends despite sharing a passionate goodbye kiss. | |||||

Matthew takes the gang out to a skydiving centre, and trouble soon hits when their phoney pilot makes them parachute out the plane in the middle of nowhere. The gang split up to try and find help, however they all end up getting lost. Eventually, they reunite and promise to stick together no matter what. | |||||

Madison is elated to learn that her favourite television show, International Superstar, is coming to her school. Her, Samuel and Babushka all plan musical numbers and perform infront of an undercover talent scout disguised as the janitor (Patrick Bristow). They all end up on the show but don't find out until the live show was actually taping, so the three of them rush to the studio to perform. Loretta ends up being the fourth and final act to make it on the show, and after performing a "bad" song she psyches Madison out before she goes on. This causes Madison to hesitate and run off the stage in the middle of her performance. She is humiliated at school the next day but Samuel apologises for his behaviour from the previous day. It's pouring rain outside so the gang are stuck inside for the day. They decide to play Headbands and ping pong to pass the time. The gang end up losing their belongings to Babushka, who keeps winning ping pong games against them (Matthew loses Spatchy, Madison loses her shoes, Samuel loses his DS console and games, and Phil loses his joke books). They then decide to contact one of Phil's old college friends, Ryan (Drew Roy), to beat Babushka and win their stuff back once and for all. | |||||

While on a walk, Madison and Babushka find a homeless girl, Crystal (Debby Ryan). Madison feels sorry for her, so she offers her to stay at 41B for a couple of days while they work out a proper home for her. Crystal ends up being a total slob, and Samuel thinks that she's in love with him. After living with them for a week, Madison tracks down Crystal's parents and Crystal moves back in with them. Madison tells the gang that they should start taking their health seriously, so they go on a diet. Madison makes them throw out every ounce of junk food they have, leaving only a jar of pickles left. Samuel sneakingly hides a jar of cookies and he and Babushka snack on them in the middle of the night. Madison then makes everyone wake up early to go to the gym, but all of them end up being way too tired and end up collapsing on the ground inside the gym until a security guard wakes them. Eventually they all wake up when the gym opens. Madison and Samuel go on the treadmills together while Matthew spots Phil on the bench press. Madison sets her treadmill's speed too high too fast and it spins out of control, causing her to fall off and injure herself. The gang agree that a diet isn't the best idea, but they should try to include healthy food in their diet every now and then. The gang then have a laugh watching Matthew's old work-out DVDs where he appears in drag and teaches women how to "lift their glutes". | |||||

On her way to the mall, Madison bumps into Carl (Sterling Knight), who is an older boy who just moved in down the hall. She falls for him straight away and fantasises about being with him until he tells her to move out of the way. After telling him her real age (12), Carl tells her he doesn't want a little kid hanging around him. Embarrassed, Madison heads back inside her hotel room, then goes back outside and bumps into Carl again on purpose. She pretends to be Madeline; Madison's "older" sister and asks Carl out on a date, and he says yes. They go out, but Carl cuts the night short telling her he needs to study, when really he is hosting a party. When Samuel goes over to his place to tell him to turn the music down, he discovers that Carl already has a girlfriend, and that he only saw "Madeline" as a friend. Madison and Samuel get into an argument, as Madison thinks that Samuel is jealous and is making everything up so that she could dump Carl. The next day, Madison spots Carl and his girlfriend in the park and dumps him on the spot, and reveals that she was lying about her age the whole time. Her and Samuel make up. Meanwhile, Babushka signs Matthew up for a dating website where he meets Olivia (Janet Varney). Matthew ends up kissing Olivia on their date which scares her away. Madison runs against Loretta for a school election. While Madison's struggling getting her campaign out, Loretta buys the public's votes by handing out professionally-baked muffins and money, which she gives to Samuel. Madison is angry when it seems that Samuel is taking Loretta's side. To make it up to her, Samuel tricks Madison into giving a speech infront of the entire assembly by turning on her microphone without her knowing, and she ends up winning by a landslide. As a thank you, Madison kisses Samuel on the cheek. Samuel automatically assumes that since Madison kissed him, she's in love with him, so he becomes extra clingy. Eventually, Samuel eventually makes Madison really uncomfortable and she tells him to go away. They eventually make up and Madison suggests that maybe in two or three years, she might consider dating him. Meanwhile, Matthew asks Phil to watch his pizza that just came out of the oven. Phil gets too tempted by the smell and eats the whole pizza, leaving Matthew furious and the kids disappointed that the pizza they were promised was gone forever. | |||||

Madison helps Babushka conquer her fear and offers to take her to her very first trip to the dentist. They are greeted by a strange receptionist (Rose Abdoo) who offers them samosas with insect eyeballs in them. Madison, Babushka and Matthew end up waiting a very long time in the waiting room until they are finally seen to by the dentist (Peter Henderson). Although she is still scared, Babushka is brave enough to get a needle put in her gums so that her tooth could come out. The gang's new neighbour Charles (J.R. Nutt) lets his lizard loose in the building and it ends up inside 41B. While in the midst of returning it to him, the gang end up losing the lizard. Charles threatens to call the police if his lizard isn't returned to him by 5 o'clock sharp. Madison, Samuel and Babushka spend the day finding and losing the lizard. When the clock strikes 5, the lizard is missing again and they knock on Charles' door to tell him the bad news. Charles laughs and reveals that he's been stealing his lizard away all day, and it's a trick that he does to make new friends in the building. Meanwhile, Phil purchases a light-up jump rope from the lobby's milk bar and jumps so hard he makes a hole in the floor. He ends up landing in the hotel room below and spends the day fixing the hole he made. The ceiling of the hotel room below never holds up and Phil has to keep redoing it. | |||||

Matthew is now a highly-talked-about chef and he gets to have his own press conference to discuss his career. He forces the gang to be with him at the conference. A teenage boy, Paul (Noah Munck), whose father owns the building the press conference is in, finds Madison attractive and asks her out on the stand, making the situation awkward. He and Samuel get into a fight and the press conference turns haywire, ruining Matthew's reputation. To make it up to him, Madison agrees to go out with Paul but only if he promises to talk to his dad and re-book another press conference for Matthew. After playing the game for a couple of days, Madison worries about their future, and warns Samuel that they may be playing it for a long time if they don't end the game right then and there. Eventually, Babushka and Madison helps Samuel come up with a plan to trick Matthew into getting eliminated. Samuel is victorious. | |||||

The kids come home from school to find a weird young boy Timothy Read (Reed Alexander), dusting their couch. Through the awkwardness, Timothy tries to help Madison with a science project but distracts her, causing an explosion of foam to spread all over the kitchen. Timothy doesn't leave the kids alone as he shows up at their school, asking to hang out afterwards. Timothy, Madison, Samuel and Babushka head to the new smoothie place Blue and end up ordering the wrong things. Once they get home, Timothy pours Matthew's soup down the sink and offers to cook dinner for the gang. While eating a disgusting dinner, Timothy asks Madison to speak in private. Eventually, Timothy kisses her and finally leaves the gang alone. Madison goes to Timothy's hotel room the next day to talk about the kiss, but Timothy reveals that since his family travels a lot, that day is his last day. Madison reluctantly agrees to keep in touch while Timothy reluctantly agrees to be just friends. Samuel pulls a prank on Miss Martinez by placing a pie on her seat. As a result of this, Samuel is forced to serve Saturday in detention with Ms Coward (Jane Lynch). This happens to fall on the same day that Matthew promised to take the gang out on a "big day out", which Madison was excited about. Babushka comes up with the idea of sneaking Samuel out of detention, and she and Madison are good with the plan. Firstly, Babushka spills a basket of golf balls in the hallway (Ms Coward makes Babushka and the foreign exchange student clean them up). Then, she impersonates Miss Martinez to trick Ms Coward into going to her office, then attempts to beat her up (Ms Coward fights Babushka and wins). After the failed attempts of getting Samuel out, Madison spots police costumes and tells Matthew and Phil to come down to the school. The two of them impersonate police officers and pretend to arrest Samuel. On their way to the "big day out", Matthew hits a road block and can't seem to reverse out. Madison, Samuel and Babushka try to find dates to the upcoming Valentine's Day dance, which is an event the whole school is forced to attend (with a date). Samuel asks out Loretta, Babushka gets asked out by Chester (who she turns down multiple times) and a kid in her Spanish class called Daniel. Madison gets asked out by her crush Justin, who also appears to be going with a girl called Rachel Morrison. Meanwhile, Olivia agrees to give Matthew another chance, however after getting into an argument, Matthew breaks up with her. Olivia says she'll seek revenge, and she does. She sets up a booby trap to go off if all five family members were to stand near the window, and on the night of the dance, they all do. They are cast in a net hanging over the edge of the hotel. They hang there for a while until the kids' dates show up. Their dates are unsure how to untie them. The lady living in the hotel room two floors under them opens her blinds to see the gang hanging from the net right outside her window, and freaks out. Loretta, Daniel and Justin ask for her help, and they make their way to the roof to undo the net. Eventually they get rescued. Matthew and the lady agree to go the dance together, Rachel Morrison finds Justin and he ditches Madison to be with her, Samuel reads a letter out to Loretta, and Babushka and Daniel agree to go to the dance as friends. On their way to the school they find Olivia and she gets arrested. Madison sits alone at the dance feeling sorry for herself. Matthew and Samuel offer to dance with her but Madison tells them she prefers being alone. She watches the dance with tears in her eyes, saying "on to further adventures, I guess." |

Matthew wakes up to a knock on the door early in the morning. He opens the door to find his girlfriend of a few weeks; The Pakistanish Lady (Anne-Marie Johnson); wanting to have a breakfast date with him. This wakes up the rest of the house, and everyone heads downstairs, The Pakistanish Lady asks them if they could speak in private. She tells Madison, Samuel, Babushka and Phil that she plans on marrying Matthew, despite only knowing him for a few weeks. She tells them to keep it a secret and doesn't ask for their permission. When she heads back downstairs, Madison, Samuel, Babushka and Phil imagine what life could be like if the lady lived with them, and they imagine her singing her "The Scones Song" while serving them scones for breakfast. Terrified, they rush downstairs and try to get the lady to leave. Their imagination and worst nightmare came true, as the very next morning, they are woken up by the lady singing "The Scones Song". Madison, Samuel and Babushka go to school in Pakistanish clothes and get in trouble. They meet a Pakistanish exchange student who tells them that the lady they're living room is a criminal in her country. They set up a trap and eventually The Pakistanish Lady is arrested. | |||||

Samuel and Babushka are talking in the kitchen and plan to pretend to forget about Madison's upcoming birthday. Madison comes in and shows them the outfit she is planning on wearing to her birthday party. Babushka plays along and pretends she forgets her birthday. After seeing that she's upset, Samuel cracks and tells her that they wouldn't forget. Madison then suspects that they were throwing her a surprise party, to which Babushka denies. A few days later on the day of Madison's birthday/surprise party, the gang get ready before Madison arrives. When she arrives, they place a crown on her head and lets her sit on a throne. They all give her their gifts - Samuel gives her a cellphone, Babushka gives her a flower, Phil gives her a bracelet and Matthew gives her a literal confetti canon. He demonstrates the canon but it goes haywire. Samuel warns Madison to duck as the canon hurls a heavy piece towards her. She ducks just in time before the piece leaves a hole in the wall. After the chaos, they sing a birthday song and give Madison her cake, however Samuel, Babushka, Matthew and Phil eat the cake before Madison gets a piece. Despite everything that happened, Madison calls this the best birthday ever. At school the following day, Samuel and Babushka find Madison chatting on her new cellphone and see that she has gotten a lot more popular. They realise that she has become addicted to her phone. They plan to snatch the phone away from her with no luck. A few days later, Madison ditches Samuel and her new "friend" Bianca during a study session to see a teacher ride a unicycle at the mall. Samuel gives Madison a big speech about her newfound popularity and obsession, telling her these "friends" are just using her. Madison leaves upset, then while waiting for a cab she recalls what Samuel said to her. When she heads back inside, Samuel and Bianca are waiting for her in the lobby. Madison is filming her new web show "The Madison Show" at school when Bianca approaches her. Bianca confesses that she has a big crush on Samuel and Madison encourages her to ask him out. Bianca approaches Samuel and tells him that a "girl in the hallway" likes him. He mistakingly thinks that she's talking about Madison and says yes to the date before she finishes her thought. He is now going on a date with Bianca. Bianca then tells him that she's glad he said yes, and tells him about how some guys have used her to make another girl jealous. Samuel gets the idea to do this. He invites Madison to his and Bianca's date, saying that she can film it for her web show. He dresses Madison up in a grandma outfit, to her dismay. Later that evening, the three are eating at an Indian restaurant. Samuel gets Madison's attention every time he acts affectionate forwards Bianca. Madison excuses herself and goes to the rest room, and Samuel waits for Madison to get back before they do anything "romantic". When Madison comes back, Samuel takes Bianca on a "romantic walk" behind the restaurant. Madison is still recording their conversation. Bianca opens up to Samuel about her love of India, and the two have a heart to heart. After their talk, Samuel grows real feelings for Bianca. Madison interrupts their first kiss when her camera battery dies. Bianca walks Samuel home and the two kiss a few times. When they're finally alone, Madison questions Samuel on his weird behaviour, to which Samuel confesses he was trying to make her jealous. Bianca overhears this conversation and dumps him. Meanwhile, Mrs Practor asks Matthew to cat-sit her new cat Boo Boo. He accidentally loses the cat and he and Phil search around the hotel for him. Mrs Practor finds Matthew and Phil in the lobby and questions them, just as a young boy enters the hotel holding Boo Boo. Mrs Practor is not impressed. Boo Boo absolutely trashes the hotel room and turns up the heat in the room while the gang are out bowling. When they come home, the gang are shocked to see the hotel room in this state. Madison gets an idea for a segment for her web show where her viewers can watch them clean it all up. Although the gang find it stupid, they agree to cleaning the hotel room anyway. Madison tells the audience that if they're bored with watching the cleaning, she'll turn on Scruffy the Dog. While cleaning, the gang notice a foul smell. Babushka finds a note on the floor from the fridge about Phil's cheese which he apparently left in the air vent. Annoyed, the gang struggle to pull off the air vent. When they finally get it open, they see that Babushka is the only one small enough to fit in it. Using walkie-talkies, Babushka and Madison communicate and Babushka finds the old cheese, which is bubbling and smelling. Babushka grabs the cheese and makes it to the vent on the other side of the room. The vent is stuck, and when she tries to turn around, she becomes stuck herself. She is stuck with the smelly exploding cheese. While the gang try to think of a way to get her out, Babushka confesses to Madison that she is claustrophobic. She begins having a meltdown and decides to consume some of the old cheese. Eventually, they call the fire department and they get the vent off quite easily. When Babushka is rescued, the gang question who trashed the hotel room in the first place. Cue the smirky look from Boo Boo. | |||||

Babushka is busy practicing her cheerleading routine when Samuel interrupts her. Madison comes rushing down the stairs and turns on the TV, turning on a news program. Phil comes home with an entire new look. Samuel and Babushka are confused, and Phil tells them who he is. On Madison's news program, it reports that Madison's web show is cancelled for playing Scruffy the Dog (a banned cartoon). A police officer knocks on the door but he's looking for Madison Norman, a movie star. The next day at school, Madison and Samuel admire Babushka's new cheerleading uniform but laugh when they see they just put "BABUSH" on the back. Phil gets a job at the school, still clueless about his new look. He approaches Madison and Samuel, and they recommend him go to the hospital. At the hospital, the nurse tells him it'll cost one million dollars to change him back. Out of ideas, Phil asks the gang about what he can do. Babushka recommends a guy called Million Bucks Bill, who apparently gives out a million dollars when asked. They call him up and he comes to the hotel room. He breaks the couch when he sits on it, but gives them the money. On the way out, he gets stuck in the door way. The door breaks off its hinges when they push him out. Madison decides to leave it on the ground so they could go to the hospital. A little girl almost walks into the hotel room before her mother stops her, then soon after a burglar enters and heads straight for their fridge. Matthew catches him in the act. Meanwhile at the hospital Phil presents the money and the "surgery" is performed, revealing he was just wearing prosthetic makeup. Madison, Samuel and Phil head home and have a dance party celebrating Phil's old appearance returning, but they along with Matthew and Babushka end up in the hospital themselves after getting stuck in the splits. Meanwhile, Babushka talks to Miss Martinez and gets her to order another uniform. The new one unfortunately reads "BABOON". Despite this, Babushka practises her routine but gets stuck in the splits. Samuel and Babushka are in the kitchen playing a modified "truth or dare" game when Madison runs in looking for Matthew. She tells them that he needs to sign a permission slip to allow her to attend a "compulsory" week-long camp to some lake. Babushka tells her she's going to regret going to the camp. On the bus, she meets Amy and sort-of befriends her while discovering that her childhood enemy Mary Goldfield is attending the camp too. Upon arrival, Madison and Amy get assigned cabin B14 (which is the furthest from the central campsite) and assign beds. For dinner that night, all the students get is a plate of lettuce. While choosing her seat, Madison sees Amy chatting with Mary. The following day, the camp leader tells the students that they're all going on a giant fire fox. Madison (who is terrified of heights) fears the worst and Mary makes fun of her for it. Amy is laughing too. About three days later, Amy and Madison are no longer speaking; Amy has befriended Mary. The camp takes part in a mud game. Amy, Mary and Mary's minions watch on laughing at Madison while she struggles in the mud. Madison has had enough and storms back to her cabin. Mary reveals to Amy that she was just pretending to be her friend to make Madison lonely. Amy finds Madison in the cabin on the phone to Matthew, and the two of them have a heart-to-heart. Madison then returns home and everyone is happy to see her. Meanwhile, Babushka dares Samuel to dress up as an old man and sell hotcakes. She takes him to the building's 12th floor (where the rich people live) and he goes door to door trying to tell them. He is unsuccessful. A few days later, Babushka tells him to "watch and learn" and goes door to door, pretending she's an orphan so the people can buy her hotcakes. Madison, Samuel, Babushka and Chester hang around their lockers talking until they see Miss Martinez being wheeled out of her office in a stretcher. She's fallen ill, and while being very loopy, she instructs all four of them to take care of the school, becoming acting principals. They do the morning announcements and help hang up a colourful sign to help bring crowds to the cafeteria. While doing the wiring, Chester annoys Babushka to the point she forgets to plug in the B-Bracket. Madison lights up the sign and it looks great until it catches on fire. The entire school is evacuated. Ms Coward informs the school that they have to attend Jefferson High temporarily until the school is getting repaired. Guilty, Madison drags the others to the hospital to visit Miss Martinez and begs her to not expel them. Meanwhile, Matthew, Phil and Million Bucks Bill are playing a riveting game of checkers before Million Bucks Bill receives a call from his boss about some sort of "emergency". When he arrives at work, he is scared that he's getting fired. He speaks to his boss' boss' boss' boss and he just tells him that he needs to stop getting stuck in weird places around the office. However, Madison and Samuel have to pay $2000 in order to make the music video and produce it. During the shooting of the music video, they fight over the spotlight, causing problems. After finding out about his manipulating ways, they make their own music video to Madison's song. Meanwhile, Million Bucks Bill enlists Babushka to help "style" him for his social network profile photo but things get out of hand when Million Bucks Bill finds out he can edit his photo to look thinner. When Madison leaves, Babushka is angry and demands they have a midnight wrestling match on the street. Samuel is paranoid and scared leading up to the fight. He asks Madison to speak to Babushka and possibly talk her out of it. While training, Babushka refuses to cancel the fight and accidentally punches Madison in the eye. During the match, Samuel almost gives up before Madison gives him a pep talk. Now with more motivation, Samuel decides to do his big cafeteria move and picks up Babushka. The wrestling match is interrupted by police and the two of them get arrested. The police officer tells them he can let them go if they apologise to each other, which they do. Meanwhile, Million Bucks Bill cannot find his clothes. He looks everywhere around the hotel room until he remembers he last showered at work. Babushka first tells her that she's insecure about her clumsiness, but later confesses that she has a crush on someone (without telling Madison who it is). Babushka later confesses to Madison that her crush is Matthew and Madison is furious. They have a big chat in the bathroom. Babushka catches Madison at the movie theatre and tells her she should go home before Matthew catches her, while telling her about the book. Babushka drops the book and it opens on a page saying that Madison's boyfriend is cheating on her. Heartbroken, Madison heads home and Babushka has a true heart-to-heart with her. Samuel notices them, and Madison tells him she knows about the book. She decides to write and perform a song (using her singing/songwriting skills and Samuel's guitar skills) exposing Simon and plans to perform it at school the next day. She dumps Simon and her, Samuel and Babushka perform the song leaving Simon humiliated. Simon tells Madison he wasn't even cheating on her. A few seconds later Loretta approaches him and kisses him. With teamwork, the gang turn the giant fan off, but afterwards they are all hotter than ever. Madison decides to buy cold drinks from down stairs despite Miss Martinez's lockdown, and takes Samuel with her. Madison and Samuel get stuck in the elevator as there is still a black out. They then come up with a plan to get Ms Coward to kiss someone so they could turn into a vampire. They disguise themselves as news crew and ask Ms Coward crucial questions. They then arrive (in disguise) at Ms Coward's house and tell her they found her ex-husband. Madison blindfolds her and tells her to kiss her "ex-husband" (actually Phil). Ms Coward removes the blindfold and screams, catching Madison, Samuel and Babushka in the act. She gives them all a lecture about believing rumours. | |||||

Madison, Samuel and Babushka get in trouble for starting the fight. The Charity Lady finds out that Babushka isn't actually an orphan. Meanwhile, Matthew gets fed up with Phil's jokes and with Million Bucks Bill's help, issues a protest. Phil gets upset with this, so he declares revenge on Matthew. Babushka and Samuel are indoors playing sock-basketball when Madison suggests they should go somewhere for school break. She convinces the gang to go to the beach that just reopened. They don't believe him at first, but soon a series of events occur for everyone. Madison gets her sandcastle ran over, Babushka injures herself constantly, people keep running over Million Bucks Bill while he is trying to tan, Samuel's swimming trunks get lost while he's swimming, Phil keeps purchasing expensive foods but he drops them before he gets the chance to eat them, and it rains. When they get home, Samuel studies the beach's website and discovers that they have live video feed of the security cameras around the beach, and you can go back 24 hours on the cameras. The gang makes the discovery that the security guard was the one behind all of the "bad luck" events; except for the rain. The guard gets arrested. | |||||

Ms Coward almost catches her with it but she places it behind her tooth just in time. Veronica rats her out and the teachers catch her trying to stow an excessive amount of invisi-gum in her locker. Meanwhile, Matthew's sister Amanda comes to stay with him, and she forces him to have a girly sleepover. The two get into an argument about who their mother loves more. Madison (with the help of Samuel and Babushka) asks Ms Daring (the teacher in charge of the concert) if she can back out, but the teacher explains that she'd flunk the class. Desperate and out of ideas, Babushka turns on the radio to Switcheroo Radio which announces that they are hosting a lookalike contest on their website. Madison, Samuel and Babushka then invite three strangers (played by Aubrey Whitby, Doc Shaw and Skai Jackson) to the hotel room and asks them to pretend to be them, so they can sneak out and go to the concert. Fake Samuel accidentally turns on the TV to Madison's performance and Matthew catches them in the act. He grounds the kids and makes them apologise to their lookalikes. | |||||

Million Bucks Bill falls asleep during a meeting at work, and his boss is furious. She warns him that the next time she catches him asleep she'll fire him, which she does. She also explains that Million Bucks Bill is lazy and needs to lose weight. He enlists Babushka and Madison's help in losing weight but is unsuccessful. Madison has a nightmare that she, Babushka and Samuel are in an old orphanage (which Matthew had to send them to since they had no money after Million Bucks Bill got fired). Worried, the confronts Million Bucks Bill's boss the next day and tries to convince her to rehire Million Bucks Bill, to no success. Instead, his boss tells her she hired a new assistant, also named Million Bucks Bill. She decides to get the two Million Bucks Bills to clean her toilet and whoever does the better job gets to keep their job. Million Bucks Bill (the original) finds out the real reason he was fired - his boss wanted an assistant but there was no room in the company.
