Neyton Alist is the real-life best-friendship/romantic pairing of Nausheen Ali (N/ausheen) (Ali) and Peyton List (P/eyton) (Li/st). They were the two youngest cast members of BABYSITTER and were the only female members of the cast prior to Karin Konoval joining in season 3. They always hung out when they were off set. They are so close that they call themselves "sisters"; as Peyton describes Nausheen as the "sister she never had". Nausheen revealed in an interview in August 2022 that they were "joined at the hip" during filming since they were the only two kids on the set. Peyton stated that moments after she and Nausheen met during their final audition of BABYSITTER, they had instantly clicked and have been inseparable from the start. Although they constantly refer to each other as "sisters", many of the BABYSITTER fanbase (and much later, the Simply Platonic fanbase) shipped them together romantically. Over the years, many fans have accumulated evidence hinting that Nausheen and Peyton are; or at least have been; in a romantic relationship.
In mid-late October 2022, an insider leaked a snippet of a teaser of Peyton's new single "Bad Idea" which showed Nausheen and Peyton cuddling up to each other and kissing in an intimate manner. A few days later, Page Six reported that the two were dating and have been since August 2022. The pair got engaged on February 14, 2023.

Juston Lackremist is the real-life pairing of Justine Lackremaia (Just/ine) (Lackrem/aia) and Peyton List (Peyt/on) (L/ist). They are both members of Simply Platonic along with Zendaya. Justine used to be a big fan of Peyton's and had a popular fan account on Twitter and Tumblr for her and Babysitter. She has also said multiple times that Peyton was her first celebrity crush. The two officially met during a meet and greet in 2014 and interacted on Twitter the same day.
Justine got to work with her idol when she was cast as Sienna in the Netflix series Glory Days alongside Peyton and the rest of the members of Simply Platonic. She played her love interest in the second season of the show. They remained in touch and Justine joined the girl group right before the world went into lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The pair started dating during the pandemic and were long distance for around 3 to 4 months before Justine moved back to LA and moved in with Peyton.
News outlets reported their split in late April 2021, just over a year after they began dating. Their representatives have stated that "they were trying to force something that just wasn't there". They allegedly ended on good terms but fans were quick to notice cryptic reposts and subtweets they made about each other weeks following the break-up. Despite this, they remained in Simply Platonic together until they announced their indefinite hiatus in August 2022. They haven't really been seen with each other since.

Pella Lorne is the real-life pairing of Bella Thorne (B/ella) (Th/orne) and Peyton List (P/eyton) (L/ist). They are close friends, and were both members of Simply Platonic. As well as the girl group, both girls have separate music careers. In 2013, they collaborated on the song Best Friends Forever, Should Always Stick Together, which was released on the second BABYSITTER soundtrack.
In an interview with British magazine The Sun in late May 2019, Peyton revealed that she previously had two romantic/sexual encounters with Bella. According to Peyton, her and Bella were "fooling around" and made-out "once or twice" in the early months of 2013, around when Simply Platonic were first formed. In the same interview, she revealed that one night during promo in Europe in mid-late 2017, the pair got a "bit too tipsy" and had sexual intercourse with each other.
